Interface Requests: Getting Laboratory Approval

After submitting our interface request form for each of the laboratories or radiology providers you wish to interface with, follow these steps to get approval from each of the labs/rads:

Quest Diagnostics

As per Quest's protocol, please complete the form at www.getmyinterface.com. Quest will determine your eligibility, and if approved, their implementation team will directly reach out to Scalabull. If your Quest rep notifies you of the approval status, please let us know here

Until Quest Diagnostics approves the interface, Scalabull cannot move forward with your request.

LabCorp

As per LabCorp's protocol, please inform your LabCorp sales representative that you wish to create an interface with your EHR. The LabCorp sales representative will determine your eligibility, and if approved, LabCorp's implementation team will directly reach out to Scalabull.

Your LabCorp sales rep may request some of these details from you:

  • EHR Version: 8
  • EDI Vendor: Scalabull (Lab Exchange Node, Inc)
  • LabCorp may ask about results-only versus bi-directional. All of Scalabull's interfaces with LabCorp are 'bi-directional,' meaning that from within your EHR, you will be able to send orders as well as receive results.

Until LabCorp approves the interface, Scalabull cannot move forward with your request. Please assume that your interface is not approved unless you hear otherwise from LabCorp or Scalabull.

When LabCorp notifies you that your interface is approved, please let us know here.

All Other Laboratories and Radiology Providers

In order for Scalabull to proceed with connecting your EHR account to any other laboratory or radiology provider, please ask your laboratory to reach out to us at billing@scalabull.com to request a price quote. At this time we can also answer any technical questions they have regarding our interfacing capabilities.

When your lab or radiology service provider notifies you that your interface is approved, please let us know here.

Until you receive status updates from us, please assume that your lab has not yet contacted us and that your project is not yet under evaluation by your lab. To expedite this process, we recommend speaking directly with your laboratory.
